Focusing on ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), we implement projects that preserve the environment, promote social development, and ensure responsible governance. United Nations Global Compact
By joining the United Nations Global Compact, we commit to the Ten Universal UN Principles on Human Rights, Labor, Environment, and Anti-Corruption, reinforcing our dedication to global development goals and corporate leadership. Committed to sustainability, we focus our efforts on innovation to reduce carbon emissions in maritime transport.

ISO 9001
We are the first company in the Foreign Trade sector to achieve ISO 9001 certification across our entire operations.
ISO 9001 is an international standard that establishes requirements for an effective quality management system. It is recognized as a global standard of excellence and is designed to support and ensure improved Corporate Governance and assist in reducing environmental and social impacts, in addition to attesting to a company's credibility and transparency.
ISO 37001
Conquering new horizons and consolidating our commitment to excellence in Corporate Governance, we achieved ISO 37001 certification from QMS.
ISO 37001 is an international standard that certifies the effectiveness of our Anti-Bribery Management System, demonstrating that we act with integrity in all our activities. This certification encompasses policies, processes, and practices aimed at preventing and combating any form of bribery, promoting transparency, accountability, and trust in all our operations.
Socio-environmental initiatives
We support initiatives related to education, sports, social assistance, human rights, and support for people in vulnerable and socially at-risk situations. Among the projects we promote is the Pact Against Hunger, a nonpartisan, multisectoral movement united by a common purpose: to eradicate hunger and reduce food waste in Brazil.
SerSustentável Program
We collectively and consistently implement innovative initiatives to preserve our planet. To this end, we developed the SerSustentável Program, aiming to create and foster exemplary practices to address environmental and social challenges.
Among the initiatives we've implemented are selective collection throughout the office, as well as the replacement of disposable items with durable bottles and cups, thus reducing plastic waste. In addition to selective collection, we also selectively dispose of plastic waste. These materials are weighed and audited daily to accurately map their environmental impact.
Additionally, our office is located in the São Luiz condominium, certified with the LEED GOLD seal (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), awarded to sustainable buildings.
Sustainability
Collectively and continuously, we are implementing initiatives to promote sustainable business practices, addressing environmental challenges, and fostering sustainable growth. As part of these efforts, we have set a greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions target to reduce the current CO2 delta by 50% by December 2030.
The delta represents the difference between our emissions from imports made through "Order" or "Account and Order" methods compared to imports made directly by the customer. To achieve this goal, we monitor and quantify greenhouse gas emissions monthly, implementing action plans to reduce them and, if necessary, offset them through practical initiatives such as purchasing carbon credits or planting trees. GPTW
We prioritize the personal and professional development of those who make us a benchmark: our people. We believe that by investing in individual growth, we positively impact society. Through training programs, mentoring, and a collaborative work environment, we seek not only to promote the well-being of our employees but also to encourage participation in social initiatives. We demonstrate our concern for people not only as part of the company, but as agents of change who can contribute to a significant social impact.
Sertrading For Women
We promote more than successful careers; we want to develop and empower people. It's with this culture of growth and valuing talent that we developed the initiative to accelerate women's careers: Sertrading para Elas.
The program recognizes and contributes to the development of high-performance employees who excel in their results. In total, 20 women from various fields are mentored in partnership with Todas Group to hone the 16 skills most sought after by leaders working in national and international markets.
Importers of Joy
A volunteer group of collaborators, formed in 2019, aims to bring joy and solidarity to those in need through social actions. This is another initiative to positively impact underserved communities and promote a more inclusive and just society.
Supplier and Business Partner Tracking
We value ethical relationships with partners, in accordance with our Code of Ethics and Conduct, which defines requirements such as respect for human rights, compliance with laws and contracts, combating corruption, transparency, workplace safety, and environmental compliance. To ensure compliance, departments such as Legal, Compliance, Tax, Logistics, and Quality work on contracts, supplier assessments, tax analyses, audits, and visits. These measures reinforce our commitment to integrity, sustainability, and honest business relationships.
Supporting Families
Dragnet Project
Since 2015, through the “Race for Citizenship”, we have actively contributed to the Arrastão Project, a non-profit organization focused on supporting families living in poverty in the Campo Limpo and M'Boi Mirim region, on the outskirts of São Paulo.
Supporting Schools
Education Partners Project
Since 2004, we have been acting as “Education Partners” of an OSCIP (Civil Society Organization of Public Interest) focused on promoting private partnerships and supporting the government in favor of public policies that promote the quality of Education in the country.
