The Transparency and Equal Pay Report for Women and Men was prepared by the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE), which collected and organized the data, in compliance with the obligations set out in Decree 11,795/2023 and Ordinance No. 3714/2023.

The metrics used in the report do not distinguish between the degree of responsibility, equal work criteria and other factors as per article 461 of the CLT, failing to correctly demonstrate Sertrading's current situation regarding the remuneration of women and men and the granting of equal opportunities for professional advancement.
We ensure that men and women have the same rights and obligations within the company, and that their responsibilities are defined according to the demands of the role they perform, never based on gender. Employee compensation and career advancement opportunities are based on merit-based evaluations, without the influence or interference of differences in gender, age, race, family status, sexual orientation, or other factors.
