- Bachelor's or technologist students in: Foreign Trade, International Relations, Administration, Economics, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Commercial Management and related areas.
- Training scheduled to start in December/2026, with availability to intern for at least one year.
- Availability for São Paulo/SP, with hybrid or in-person model.

How can I prepare for the interview?
Start by getting to know Sertrading: visit our website and social media channels and learn about our work in Foreign Trade.
Consider how your experience, if any, and skills relate to the position. Practice communicating objectively and clearly.
As for attire, it doesn't have to be formal, but choose something that makes you comfortable and makes a good impression. And, if you like, bring a notebook or notepad to jot down important points.
I've been selected! What documents do I need to bring to the in-person interview?
Bring a photo ID and, if available, a copy of your resume.
If you are male and over 18 years of age, check whether you need to present your reservist certificate.

What should I not do during the face-to-face interview?
During the interview, avoid using your cell phone, taking photos, or recording any content.

Can I bring my parents or guardians to the in-person interview?
They can accompany you to the building, but the selection process is individual.

No! The internship program is geared toward those currently in training and seeking their first or one of their first professional experiences. Here, what counts is your desire to learn, grow, and develop with us.
How does group dynamics work (if it happens)?
Group dynamics, when applied, are an opportunity to observe how you communicate, collaborate, and propose solutions. We don't seek ready-made answers, but rather active listening, respect for others' ideas, and initiative. Be yourself!
Is there a possibility of being hired at the end of the internship?
Yes! We value internal growth and closely monitor interns' development throughout the program. At the end of the cycle, talents with strong performance and alignment with Sertrading's culture may be invited to continue with us.
