Sertrading, in its activities of Foreign Trade, control and management of logistics services in the Automotive sector, operates with excellence, integrity and responsibility, committing itself to the quality of services, the protection of information and personal data, the prevention of bribery and corruption, the health and safety of people and environmental sustainability.   • To value people, developing skills and promoting customer satisfaction.

Guidelines:

  • Structure and maintain operational controls, indicators, and monitoring systems that ensure the compliance and performance of logistics processes;
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, environmental, information security, privacy, and integrity risks in critical business flows;
  • Promote continuous awareness programs in sustainability, information security, privacy, ethics, and compliance;
  • Engage suppliers and partners in adopting responsible, safe, ethical practices aligned with the requirements of the automotive sector;
  • Guarantee traceability, reliability, and security of information throughout the entire logistics chain;
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable legislation and requirements, focusing on prevention and efficient response to deviations;
  • Encourage the active participation of employees, strengthening a culture of responsibility, operational discipline, and continuous improvement;
  • Provide safe and healthy working conditions, preventing injuries and promoting well-being.



Scope of Certifications

Integrated Management System


Outsourcing of the Foreign Trade chain, including:

  • Acquisition abroad, import and resale of products in general, in the Purchase and Sale by Order modality;
  • Import of products in general, acquired by third parties, in the Account and Order modality;
  • Management of imports promoted by third parties.

 

Non-applicability within the scope of ISO 9001:

  • Item 7.1.5 – Monitoring and Measurement Resources:
    This item does not apply to Sertrading's Management System, as the use of measuring and monitoring equipment is not required. The processes are monitored through indicators and controls described in the management system.
  • Item 8.3 – Design and Development of Products and Services:
    This item does not apply to Sertrading's Management System, as design and development are not necessary for carrying out the activities. The activities described in the scope are performed based on customer requirements and applicable regulations.
  • Item 8.5.1 – Control of Production and Service Provision (f):
    This item does not apply, as there are no production or service provision processes in which the ability to achieve planned results needs to be validated after execution, as required by this section of the standard.
