Sertrading, through its foreign trade activities, is committed to raising awareness about pollutant gas emissions from outsourced transport, climate change and office waste management; the quality of services provided; compliance with applicable legal requirements and the health and safety of employees.

- Environmental awareness programs for stakeholders and waste management;
- Assessment and mitigation of environmental impacts and occupational hazards and risks;
- Promotion of socio-environmental responsibility among suppliers;
- Monitoring and compliance with environmental and occupational health and safety legislation and practices;
- Training, consultation and ongoing participation of employees;
- Occupational health and safety, with risk prevention and worker participation;
- Commitment to providing safe and healthy working conditions to prevent injuries and health problems.
Scope of Certifications

Outsourcing of the Foreign Trade chain, including:
- Acquisition abroad, import and resale of products in general, in the Purchase and Sale by Order modality;
- Import of products in general, acquired by third parties, in the Account and Order modality;
- Management of imports for third parties.
Non-applicability within the scope of ISO 9001:
- Item 8.3 - Design and Development of Products and Services;
- Item 7.1.5 – Monitoring and Measurement Resources.
