To ensure transparency and uphold the rights of data subjects, Sertrading provides an official contact channel for the Data Protection Officer (DPO). The DPO is the professional responsible for guiding the organization on personal data protection matters, addressing requests from data subjects, and acting as the point of contact with the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
The DPO may be contacted for clarifications regarding personal data processing, the exercise of rights provided under the LGPD, requests concerning data processed by Sertrading, or any other issues involving privacy and data protection.
