We are part of the daily lives of Brazilians through the products we import, but we are also present in the most important communication vehicles in the country, establishing dialogues with society. Participation in leading media reinforces the tradition of our brand and consolidates our leadership position in the sector. We achieve this through consulting intelligence and innovative initiatives that simplify business operations and drive the growth of international business. As reported by Exame magazine, which discussed the promising business model adopted by Sertrading, we are witnessing remarkable growth year after year, driven by a comprehensive portfolio of solutions for Foreign Trade. The combination of expertise and technology resulted in BRL 20 billion in revenue and almost double net revenue in 2022, reaching BRL 10.5 billion, an increase of 95% compared to 2021. Given this remarkable growth, in an interview with Startups, Luciano Sapata, Sertrading vice-president and partner, reinforced the intention of keeping the company in the vanguard, accelerating startups with solutions aimed at the Foreign Trade segment. Before this, the startups Kestraa and Vixtra went through this acceleration process, becoming two of the main ones in the sector. Furthermore, in line with the growing demand for imported cars, Sertrading recently invested BRL 30 million in an automotive center, located in Espírito Santo. The Sertrading Automotive Center, with the capacity to move thousands of vehicles per year, goes beyond just importing. It satisfies the demand of automakers, advancing the verticalization of services for the logistics chain, offering storage, pre-delivery inspection (PDI) and customization, not to mention all the necessary infrastructure for electric vehicles. Our systemic vision and strategic investments reinforce our commitment to exceeding expectations and leading transformations in the sector. We are confident that our successful trajectory will continue to inspire and contribute to the sustainable development of Foreign Trade and related sectors in Brazil. Want to know more? How do you import an aircraft? What are the steps and precautions when bringing a helicopter into Brazil? What are the most efficient ways to do this type of business? These and other questions were answered by the vice-president of Sertrading, Thiago Pontes, in an interview on the podcast Helitalks! On the occasion, Thiago spoke about the complex process of importing aircraft and shared his perceptions and specialized knowledge to provide an in-depth view of a world that, for many, remains a mystery. The vice president highlights the importance of having a well-defined strategic plan to identify the best solutions and opportunities. A company like Sertrading, a leader and reference in aircraft imports in the country, provides specialized consulting for customers, guiding them on the five main pillars: operational, logistical, tax, financial and technological. Regarding the operational process, importing an aircraft involves a significant amount of documentation, including airworthiness certificates, registrations, tax documents and many others. When the customer decides to rely on a trading company, the role of the partner company is to assist in negotiating sales contracts in order to ensure that all terms are favorable for the importer and that all necessary documents are in order. Another crucial step is compliance with Brazilian aircraft safety regulations and standards. For this reason, the company oversees approvals, ensuring that the helicopter or airplane meets all regulatory requirements in Brazil. In the case of purchasing used aircraft, the entire analysis and procedure occurs with even more scrutiny. The topics discussed in the interview did not fail to highlight the logistical complexities. At this stage, the trading company also offers all the necessary support in transporting the aircraft from the country of origin to Brazil, including air or sea details, cargo insurance and customs clearance. In addition, it assists with customs and tax procedures so that all tax obligations are satisfied. By opting for this approach, the total cost associated with importing an aircraft is considerably lower, and this is due to Sertrading's ability to optimize the import process, negotiate more advantageous prices with suppliers and deal with complexities. Sertrading operates with intelligence, excellence and innovation to find personalized solutions and opportunities for its customers. With 23 years in the sector, it has become a reference in quality. Committed to helping tackle society's most pressing challenges, Alfredo de Goeye, president of Sertrading, signed the letter of adherence to the UN Global Compact and its Ten Universal Principles in the areas of Human Rights, Labor, Environment and Anti-Corruption. Launched in 2000, the Global Compact is a call for companies to align their strategies and operations with the Ten Universal Principles in the areas of Human Rights, Labor, Environment and Anti-Corruption and develop actions that contribute to addressing society's challenges. It is currently the largest corporate sustainability initiative in the world, with more than 16,000 participants, including companies and organizations, across 70 local networks in 160 countries. The Global Compact is not a regulatory instrument, a mandatory code of conduct or a forum to police management policies and practices. It is a voluntary initiative that provides guidelines for promoting sustainable growth and civic responsibility through committed and innovative corporate leadership. Sertrading is committed to making each of these principles part of the company's strategy, culture and daily operations and, in this way, starting a new chapter in our history, in which we promote significant positive impacts not only on employees, customers and partners, but also on society.

Flying even higher in the sector, in 2023 we had the honor of actively participating in the biggest aircraft events in Latin America, shaping the future of Foreign Trade in the segment. In May, we were at HeliXP, the largest rotary wing event in Latin America. The fair brought together the main launches and technologies on the market with the exhibition of helicopters, demonstration flights, presentations and workshops on import solutions and much more. The following month, in June, the Catarina Aviation Show brought together manufacturers, companies and executive aviation partners with global launches of jets, helicopters and supercars. As absolute leaders in the aircraft import segment and prominent in vehicle imports, we were present with the biggest (and most beautiful!) stand at the fair. In partnership with Ford, we presented the launch of the F-150 pickup truck and offered a unique experience: test-drives of the powerful and iconic Mustang Match-1. In August, we participated in Labace, the largest and most important business aviation event in Latin America, a meeting place for the main aeronautical suppliers and service providers, aircraft owners and enthusiasts in the area. In the Sertrading space, we welcomed Robert Scheidt, brand ambassador and multi-olympic medalist, at an exclusive cocktail party for guests. The fair was an opportunity to strengthen ties and relationships with customers. We are excited to be part of important events in the aviation market and look forward to sharing more inspiring experiences. Together, towards new heights and new destinations in 2024!
