Employees, suppliers, customers, community members and other people associated with Sertrading can report inappropriate conduct considered non-compliant with the Company's Ethical Principles and Values or with current Brazilian and international legislation.

To ensure absolute confidentiality, impartiality and appropriate treatment of each case, the procedure is conducted through an independent channel. The report can be anonymous or by name, ensuring that any reporter in good faith will not suffer retaliations, that all reports will be addressed and that inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.
